New Bay Windows
This Project consisted of designing the two rear window so that they would line up and be placed in the profer position. A complete measure was on to veriful the locations of everything and so that the owmer couls see before hand the end results
Remove Loadbearing
Walls and Refinish
Reinsulating an older home and refinishing the inside of the house
This gives a good chance to rewire a house if it has Knob and Tube.
Walls were removed and a beam was installed to hold up the second floor and roof.
New Kitchen
Relocation of the kitchen and adding a patio door in the back of the house.
Rebuilding a historical Porch
Time and ants had made this porch unsafe. The original stone foundation had deteriated very badly. With the design by Design Den it was rebuilt to the original specs of the building with the exception of a new poured concrete foundation.
